Today I'm playing along with Inkido at http://www.inkido.blogspot.no/2013/12/welcome-to-december-challenge.html where the challenge is to use snowflakes and/or stars. I liked the idea of using snowflakes on a layout but I live in an area where it doesn't snow and, at the moment, it's summer. So I decided to use some very old photos of the first time my boys had ever seen snow. We had only been back in Australia for a few weeks after living in the tropical climate of K.L. for three years. My youngest son had been born in K.L. and had only visited Australia once before, so we thought it would be a nice contrast to spend some time at Mt Bulla in the snow. The boys absolutely loved it and I managed to get some super cute photos.

Thanks for stopping by

  1. So happy we 'prompted' you to go find your snow photos and scrap them after all those years. I scrapped an older photo as well for my December challenge page. I think it was taken almost ten years ago.... Wow, time files!
Anyway, Thanks so much for playing along with us at Inkido this month!! :-)

  2. What a cute photo and great take on our challenge at INKIDO, thank you!

  3. Wendy, would you consider taking off the wv, it's take so much time to make a comment here and your work is so nice I am sure people are trying over and over to read these number ...

    1. Thanks for your comments. I didn't realise I had word verification. I can't see it from my end. I thought I only had a reply as profile. I'm fairly new to blogging so I'm not sure what to do???

  4. Yes I just pressed on comment and it worked.
    Do love your work. Lynne
