Red Rubber Inspiration 129: By the Sea

I've just discovered a challenge blog - Red Rubber Inspirations and their inspiration is the theme "By the Sea" and you must use a stamp on your project. Well, there's two things I like about this right there - first, I live near the beach and have many beach photos and, second, I love using digi stamps. This is the layout I designed:

I used the lighthouse stamp on this page and the photo was only taken a week ago at Rickett's Point in Melbourne. I have many sunny, summer beach photos and that's what we usually picture when we think of the beach. However, in this layout I wanted to show the beauty of the beach in winter. It's still a beautiful place to go, especially in a mild climate like Melbourne.

When I was a kid I used to go fishing at this beach in a hire boat and I used to catch the best flat head. So, to me, it's a fabulous place - summer or winter.

Thanks for stopping by :)

  3. I am learning more and more about scrapbooking everyday. I didn't know there was such a thing as digital scrapbooking. I love this one, Wendy, especially the lighthouse and netting.
