Off The Rails Scrapbooking - July Challenge

There are two mood boards to choose from at Off The Rails Scrapbooking Blog this month, and here they are:

They are so different to each other but both beautiful. I decided to go with the bright colours this time. As soon as I saw the tulips, I knew I had to scrap some photos from my trip to the Netherlands a couple of years ago. My layout features photos from a lovely little town in Holland called Meppel. Here is my design team project:
